📄 Document Handling (Privacy First)

We DO NOT store your uploaded documents.

  • Bank statements & loan documents are automatically deleted after processing
  • Only the extracted transaction data is retained
  • Your original PDFs are never stored permanently on our servers

Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Email address and password for authentication
  • Financial Data: Extracted transaction records, account balances, and manually entered data
  • Usage Feedback: Feature requests and bug reports you share (never your financial data)

How We Use Your Data

  • To provide personalized financial insights via RUPI AI
  • To categorize and organize your transactions
  • To generate reports and visualizations of your financial health

Data Security

Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We use industry-standard security measures. Sensitive credentials are encrypted using Rails Active Record Encryption.

Your Rights

  • Export: Download all your data anytime via Settings → Imports & Exports
  • Delete: Permanently delete your account and all data via Settings → Profile
  • Control: You have full control over your financial information
